Shipping policy
Products sold by AaronHouse are all shipped from Hokkaido, Tokyo and other Japanese cities directly to customers with an average delivery time in 5-10 business days (ETA to HI and AK may vary). Tracking number is available within 24-48 hours once the package label is created.
Most of our products are short shelf-life items, with no inventory available. They require procurement upon order placement, resulting in relatively longer delivery times. We appreciate your understanding and kindly ask customers to place orders accordingly. The information and images are for reference only. Packaging versions in Japan are frequently updated, and in the event of a packaging upgrade, the actual product received shall prevail.
Please understand that our products may be slightly worn or torn in packaging or inside. Since the product has a short shelf life, if there are any missing items or quality issues, please contact customer service within 3 days of receiving the product with clear photos or videos.
Free shipping on orders over $99 USD (before tax, including $99 USD); flat shipping rate is $29.99 USD otherwise. Alaska and Hawaii regions calculate real-time shipping fees based on the express delivery provider.
To ensure successful delivery, it is strongly recommended that all orders delivered with a recipient’s signature upon receipt.
Please keep your contact available after shipment and monitor the tracking updates. Kindly cooperate with the courier to complete the delivery. If delivery is delayed, or if products expire or become damaged due to failure to sign for the package in a timely manner, we regret that our store will not be responsible for refunds or compensation. If you do not require a signature and would prefer the courier to leave the package at a specific location, please contact the courier in advance to make such arrangements. Please note that you will bear any risks that may arise from this request. Additionally, if the package is not successfully delivered and is returned due to reasons attributable to the customer, the customers will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs and any potential product loss.
Occasional delays in shipping time or product confiscation due to random inspections by U.S. customs will be covered by the seller, provided that the customer provides evidence of the customs inspection. In cases where the customer is required to pay customs duties after inspection, this risk is to be borne by the buyer. Please carefully review the customs regulations of your respective country.
If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states your package was delivered by carrier but you have not received it; or you inspect any damages occurred during shipping, you should contact customer service within 3 days of your receipt, we will assist you with the carrier to locate the package or initiate a claim. Please note that we require photos of the damaged items for insurance purposes. This allows our shipping carriers to provide better services in the future. Additionally, if the package is not successfully delivered and is returned due to reasons attributable to the customer, they will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.
Due to the current lack of cold chain transportation for international small parcel shipping, our store takes measures such as placing coolants or ice bags, and using insulated bags to ensure that products remain cool at a lower temperature during transit, especially during the high temperatures of summer. Please make sure to promptly receive your package upon arrival to prevent product damage due to high temperatures. If you don’t release signature accepting the package, and the package delivery is delayed because you failed to sign for it within one day, resulting in the product melting, going bad or getting damaged, our store will not be responsible for any refunds.
